Terms of cancellation and refund:
All cancellations of congress registration must be sent to xxx by regular mail. For refunds, please state your full bank account details in your request. For cancellations received before xxx, payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of xxx. We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellations received after this date. Refund will be made after the Conference.
For any cancellations because of visa refusal, please send us before xxx an email and a justifying document. Payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of xxx.
If this is really necessary, registration could be conceded to someone else. The registered delegate will have to send us an email before xxx.
